Visatousa Posted June 23, 2015 Report Posted June 23, 2015 Hi All, I have completed first Masters but my OPT was denied because I have used Full time CPT for one year during the tenure. If my first Masters OPT is rejected, what are the chances of getting OPT on second Masters, considering I don't want to use CPT during the course tenure. Thanks!
JoeF Posted June 24, 2015 Report Posted June 24, 2015 You can't get OPT for the second Masters.You could only get OPT for a higher level of education, i.e., if you would do a PhD.

Even if you don't do CPT in second master's you will still not be considered. Only if you get a higher degree (ex: PHD) then you can get OPT.
