Working with my employer on getting New LCA and H1B Amendment applied. Meanwhile, I am planning to have my spouse and kids to attend H4 VISA Stamping. Can they attend for H4 Visa while New LCA and H1B Amendment application is still in progress? Also Does anyone know the time frame it takes for New LCA and H1B Amendment process take?
