We would like to file for H4-F1 so that she can apply for internship next year and also get 12 month OPT (not STEM category) after graduation in Dec 2016 till Dec 2017. My company started filing for PERM before end of this year, so I would like to know if it is really worth applying for my wife for H4-F1 COS or continue to stay on H-4 and later point to work on H-4 EAD at the end of next year or early 2017 considering the wait times for H4-F1 and also again after 12 month OPT she has to get back to H4 to work on H4-EAD once my I-140 get approved in the mean time, so does it cause any visa stamping issues at later point and reason being converting from H4-F1-H4 again. Please advice.
