new_user_2015 Posted June 21, 2015 Report Posted June 21, 2015 Hello all, Need your help in solving this. I was working in Bangalore, India till H1 2014, and got offer to work in Company A in UK so relocated there. This year, my application for H1B hit lottery, and I received packet containing I-129 form ( among others ) from the Immigration Attorney in US. On reading the application, realized a mistake in Part 4: Processing Information. The address mentioned for Consulate to be notified incorrectly mentions as Chennai, and Foreign Address as my previous home address in Bangalore. As I am living in UK currently for past 1 year, I have already applied for visa stamping interview with London office in July. This mistake on attorney's part was duly admitted. While she did mention it to still be okay, I am not too sure on this. Do you guys think that I should request her to resubmit the application? Please help. Thanks.
livliv Posted June 22, 2015 Report Posted June 22, 2015 It does not really matter. You can apply in UK.
new_user_2015 Posted June 22, 2015 Author Report Posted June 22, 2015 Thanks, BTW I have received by I797 as well.
