Valid Status on extended H1B till aug 2017 but I-94 online expires oct 2015

Hi everyone,

 

Currently my H1-B visa stamp on passport is going to expire by 25th oct 2015 and I-94 online status reflects the same expiration. But I already applied for extended H1B based on I-140 and got 3 years extension till 03 aug 2017 and also I-94 that got attached along with I-797 approval shows till 03rd Aug 2017.

 

1. Am I eligible to stay in US based on my I-94 hard copy that came with I-797 approval or is there any problem with online I-94 status still showing as expires by 25th oct 2015?

1. Yes, you can stay in US based on new I94 issued along with your H1B extension.
