Hi,

 

I had an approved H1B and got it stamped in 2007 in Germany. I never travelled to US.

 

I was an Indian citizen when I got this H1B in 2007 but right now a German Citizen.

 

H1B Visa Stamped Details:
Validity details: 10-01-2007 to 09-19-2010
Current statusof petition in USCIS is Approved
 
Can I avail my 6 years of time using CAP Exception now ..?
