OPT on Associate's Degree

Hi -

 

I have done my Masters in Computer Application (MCA), a 3 year course in India. I am in US on H4 visa and have not completed any degree in US.

 

If I attend a school for Associate's Degree in US public university/college on F-1 visa, would I be eligible for OPT after completion of the course?
