Can H4 go out of USA when extension is Pending?

Hi Friends,

 

I am the Principle applicant and my H1B is approved. My wife's  H4 extension is still pending.Can she go India and get stamped while H4 extension is pending? .

 

Please advice me..

Yes, she can exit and enter US with a valid H4 visa and a copy of your extended I797.
