L2 EAD to H1b Transfer scenario

Hi,

I have a scenario for which i would need your advice.

I am working on an L2 EAD with a company XYZ since June 2015(My first job in US).
I applied for h1b on March 2015 and got approved through a consultancy ABC.
But i would like to continue working for company XYZ after October 2015

My question is

1) I would like to transfer my h1b from ABC to XYZ . is it possible ? if yes how should i go about it ?
2) If company ABC comes to know about this transfer , will it be possible for them to revoke my h1b ?

If you want to work for XYZ on H1 then you need H1 from XYZ , but you cannot do it before Oct 1st.  If your H1 is revoked before Oct 1st then that H1 is gone.
