whatooowhat Posted June 17, 2015 Report Posted June 17, 2015 I have an approved I140 but was withdrawn from my previous employer. My current employer's lawyer mentioned that recent trends suggest that USCIS is not entertaining priority date porting from previously withdrawn I140. Does any one have any knowledge on this issue? What are my options? I am expecting my I140 to be filed in a couple of months with my new employer. Thanks!
