what need to do if employer needs to file "Successor-in-Interest"

When I'm asking to my employer to do "Successor-in-Interest", they are saying that we're not going to do it, so I would like to know what are the steps that i need to follow and what is it aprox cost ?

You can't file anything.

If the employer doesn't want to inform USCIS, then it is obvious that they are not interested much in you anymore.

Find another employer.
