How long to stay with sponsoring employer after receiving GC

My wife and I received greencards last month. My project ended recently and I am looking for another project through the same employer that sponsored my GC.

 

My question is:

 

1) How long do I need to stay with the sponsoring employer after receiving GC

2) In the event, I am unable to find another project through the sponsoring employer, what would be the impact of that to my GC
