Unused and Expired petition > 6 years old

Hi,

I have approved I-797B petition which is expired in 2011. I never went for stamping and never travelled to US.

 

Petition Details:

Validity details: 10-20-2008 to 07-20-2011( picked from 2008 lottery)

Current statusof petition in USCIS is Approved

 

Can I avail my 6 years of time using CAP Exception now ..?
