pv111 Posted June 16, 2015 Report Posted June 16, 2015 Dear friends, my perm was filed on october 2014 in eb3 category. its almost 8+ months now. 1. how should I know if case is in audit ? last when I asked my employer they told me that case status is in processing. 2. does my employer have ability to ask more details at dol ? 2. also cases usually take more than regular do they have higher chances of denial ? please advise. thank you in advance !!!
livliv Posted June 16, 2015 Report Posted June 16, 2015 Check the processing timeframe DOLETA.gov website. If that is more than 3 months after October, your employer can request for status update. It is not correlated with denial.
