H4 for new born after H1 B transfer to a new employer

I am with company A and have a valid H1B visa stamped till 2016 September.

My wife has H4 visa stamped till 2016 September. My wife is planning on going to India for delivery. I am planning on moving to a new employer while she is in India, will there be any issue while applying new H4 for the new born child, does my wife need to go for stamping in India due to my employer change?

No issue at all. Your spouse can use existing valid H4 visa and a copy of your new I797.
