I entered US on B1 visa to do interviews and I got a job here on H1b visa which I started in February (after I got the H1b approval). I now have to go to Turkey in September to set for an exam over there. my question is can I apply for H1b visa stamping on my passport at US consulate in Istanbul Turkey? for some reasons, I can't do that back home in Egypt.
