deep01 Posted June 14, 2015 Report Posted June 14, 2015 Hi All, My H1b (LCA) was filled for two locations i.e., client location (state A) and employer location (state B). I was working at client location (state A) for x-months and then i moved to new client which comes under same MSA as my employer location (state B). Do i still need to file for an amendment. Please let me know.
