H1B transfer + H1B extension + travel

Hi,

 

   Here is my situation 

Working for Company A

H1B expiring on Aug 7th 2015

H1B extension filed on May29th 2015 (regular processing)

 

I have a job offer at company B

I need to travel from last week of june to second week of July for a family emergency 

 

Company B wants me to start at the earliest. 

Please let me know whats the best thing to do in this case.

 

Can company B apply for transfer + extension while I travel. 

Will consular processing help me here.
