h1b applied 6.5 years back ,got picked in lottery and not attended for visa

Hi, I applied for h1b in 2008 year,..ie, 6.5. Years back and got picked in the lottery ,but due to some reasons did not attended for the visa interview.is it possible to attend for visa now with that,?? Pls if anyone know about this give me reply

That petition is no more valid. You might be cap exempt. Talk to a good attorney.
