We followed up with lawyer many times but still it is not progressing and we are really worried now. Online status shows that : a duplicate notice about a decision on your Form I-129 is sent What should we do? My husband is unable to travel to india also. :( Regards Ayesha

I believe your spouse has stopped working for employer as he has to do so after 240 days from the date of his I94 expiry if his H1B petition is still waiting for a decision from USCIS? As Rahul412 suggested he could upgrade to premium processing but due to H4 EAD process USCIS does not entertain PP till July 27th 2015.
