Can I change job immediately after I-140 approval to lock priority date?

Can I change job immediately after I-140 approval or do I need to stay for a certain time period to lock in the priority date?

I have a follow-up question to this.

If I change the job from employer A -> EmployerB; do I need to follow the entire process(Labor, Advertisement, cool-off, etc..) to get the new I140 Approval from employerB?

 

or Can I carry only priority date of old employer!

I think you can carry only the PD.
