schiluka Posted June 10, 2015 Report Posted June 10, 2015 Hi, My I140 case has been in pending for 10months. We filed it in Sept'2014 and it is still in review process. I got service response saying it is in additional review and is currently with adjudicating officer. Anyone has similar situtation? What other options do I have now other than simply waiting for it? Experts/mods pls help, Thank you.
