ritz
Hi , I was working with employee A on H1B from 2012 to 2015.(2012-2014 ,extension 2014-2015) My Visa was stamped until 2014.After which Visa was extended. Changed employer from A-B and Visa got transferred. Worked for 6 months with employer B and got opportunity to work with employer C . H1B transfer in progress. I will be going to India in Oct and hence will have to appear for stamping. Do I need to carry employer A & B I797 and petition papers? Or Should I carry only employer C petition and I797? Plz advise Link to comment
jairichi
Since you are working currently for employer C you will need documents for C (I797, employer verification letter, pay stubs), W2, etc. Link to comment
