H1B approved but extension not eligible

Dear Guru,

 

I am facing a tipical issue where my H1b petion(797B) is approved for 3 years, but it says -'It is determined that the named worker is not eligble for the requested extension. You will receive a seperate notice explaining the reason for this extension'.

 

The extension was applied for the same class(H1b)

No Employer change

My current visa is still valid, Not outof status

 

I am looking for an urgent advice as my current visa is untill Sep-15. I am Not sure why this happened and what should I be doing next.

 

I really appreciate if someone could help me please.

Just exit and enter US with a valid H1B visa and extended I797.
