rajiv2015 Posted June 10, 2015 Report Posted June 10, 2015 Hi, My employer currently filed my H1 visa not subject to cap. The case went to RFE. My employer is unable to find a client letter as it seems against client policy. My employer is planning to proceed with response to RFE with some internal documentation, but I am not confident if it will get approved with that. So should I ask my employer to revoke the petition and refile a new H1 petition not subject to cap through another client ? or should I wait the decision comes for the current petition ? Will it affect my visa record if the current petition is denied ?
