6 years completed on H1 Got RFE on H1 extension, I 140 approved

I have completed 6 years and I140 approved.  Job title changed from software engineer to BI Developer. Filled for H1 extension got RFE in PP process. Here are some of the highlighted points 

 

1. Organizational chart to include beneficiary name and job title.

 

2. Detailed job description. Please include skills and percentage of time spent on each duty

 

3. End-client letter doesn’t mention employer: . Can this letter be amended? As it states that vendor has full control of employee.

 

Need help on #2 and #3. Don know what are the things I should give information on #2.

Your employer has to submit those documents, you can't have those documents. Ask your employer whether he has those documents or not?

 

It looks like you are working for a consulting firm,its better to find full time employment.

Also does  the skills  should be related to my subjects in  Masters ? What happen if I am doing more than what I learnt in Masters. Have 10+ years of experience.
