H4 employment status

hi All,

 

I am trying to get some information on filling DS160 for H4 dependant.

 

Once H4 dependant visa was processed with employment status as NOT employed in DS160 though the dependant was employed.

 

In further H4 dependant processing if we keep the actual employment details in DS160 will that cause any issue, because the first DS160 states Not employed based on which the H4 Visa was approved and expired.

 

Does employment status in DS160 play any role on dependants Visa or will it have any adverse effects on H4 to H1 COS..?
