3 months left in new H1 visa, please suggest

Hi,

I have just 3 months left in my new H1 Visa (never travelled using it).
Delay was due to Consulate taking 4 months to process Visa (AP). And I
could't travel for last 4 months because of serious issue at home.

I plan to land at Port of Entry near by Employers office. I have client
letter which specifies work expected till Sep 2015.

Will there be issues at Port of Entry. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

No, you are fine to travel with valid H1B visa, I797 and other supporting documents.

Likely, there should be no issues. But in general, in case of consulting company petitions, there is more scrutiny.
