shekaryadavbangalore Posted June 9, 2015 Report Posted June 9, 2015 My green card was applied by virtue of family - brother in US and it has been more than a year May 2014 it was applied. How long does it take to get approved. If we are in US working either in H1B or L1 , are there chances that Green Card processing will be done soon.

What happens if I enter US and start working on L1 / H1 and if company does a sponsorship of my green card , does the existing case by virtue of family which I applied gets cancelled off and the company based once does start processing. How much time does company based green card processing takes.
