shekaryadavbangalore Posted June 9, 2015 Report Posted June 9, 2015 This is my first time I have filed my H1B and my employer conveyed me April 28th itself that I have been picked up in lottery . I have few questions: How can I know the case number as still it has not been shared with me. Next to the best of my knowledge the case number does not mention the name of the employee for which H1B has been processed. Are there any reasons for not sharing the name. How can we be sure that the case number once given belongs to the same person for which it has been filed. How can we know if it was filed normal / premium. Please help understand.
jairichi Posted June 9, 2015 Report Posted June 9, 2015 Only your employer/attorney can disclose your case number. Either you trust your employer or find an employer you can trust.
