Question on posting LCA at client site.

Hi all,

 

Do I have to post LCA at client site for 10 days and get signed by client manager?

Is this mandatory? My client is insisting to do that.

LCA has to be posted by your employer, client has no involvement in this.

LCA has to be posted by your employer, client has no involvement in this.

 

The notice must also be posted in the client's location if the employee is going to work there.
