mygrey Posted June 8, 2015 Report Posted June 8, 2015 My employer is a fraud. he finds college grads, prepares fake resumes , has some one else take the interview and sends them to job. how do i report this and to whom do we report this ? apparently this is happening all over America.
jairichi Posted June 8, 2015 Report Posted June 8, 2015 If you have enough proof or evidence to backup your allegations you can complain to USCIS.

livliv Posted June 9, 2015 Report Posted June 9, 2015 First find another job with a good employer. Then compain to USCIS, ICE, DOL, as many US Govt agencies as you can think.
mygrey Posted June 9, 2015 Author Report Posted June 9, 2015 If you have enough proof or evidence to backup your allegations you can complain to USCIS. proof is all the fake candidates who are in job with the fake resume. if USCIS does a background check of where they came from , everything will be in front of them. but i think the only way of avoiding this is to make sure employers do not hire the candidate without a face to face interview . how do we make employers aware of this fact ?

That is not "proof". Proof is "can you show that the resumes are fake?". And for interviews, I rather doubt that a substitute would be send to in-person interviews. I have not seen a company that doesn't do in-person interviews. If somebody else shows up to work, that would be very obvious... Now, it is known that in phone or online interviews, there often is cheating. That's why online tools have ways to prevent Googling answers, etc. And that's why companies do in-person interviews.
satya2k1 Posted June 10, 2015 Report Posted June 10, 2015 T12015... I feel your pain...I hear what you are saying.. the govenment agencies are not directly related to recruiting or for interviews.. They follow their rules by book.. Imagine you provide evidence that a resume is fake...what would DOL do about it?? The employers have to play a big role in selecting candidates...not govenment. It's employer's duty to make sure the candidate is genuine and his work experience is real but not government's duty. If employer's take this step then all those fake candidates can be screened and they don't get jobs and things will fall in shape. Don't you think US citizens and GC holders fake a resume?? All employers should evaluate candidate's experience and skills by doing a group interview and face-to-face interview, and also with a sample onsite project.. I saw some employers taking strict steps these days.. I heared one friend had to write a online code within 15 mins to prove his ability... that is a good filter.
mygrey Posted June 10, 2015 Author Report Posted June 10, 2015 yes, i agree with you. the main problem is employers need to be aware of it that this is happening. they are not aware of these things and some how the awareness needs to be spread. but i doubt if this will be stopped as these consultancies will some how find a way to cheat the employers.

Do you really think employers are dumb? Of course they are aware of these things. If they care is another question...
mygrey Posted June 12, 2015 Author Report Posted June 12, 2015 Do you really think employers are dumb? Of course they are aware of these things. If they care is another question... they are aware ? why are they hiring fake people if they are aware ? if i was an employer, i would stay away from such fakes.
