pn4268 Posted June 8, 2015 Report Posted June 8, 2015 Hi, I filed my H1B this year. But got an RFE. In the mean time, my manager asked me to work from a different office location. Now I have to move from PA to TX. But I will be working for the same company. When sending documents for my RFE, how should I present my case of change of work location? Will this affect my H1B approval? Please advise how to proceed. Thanks so much
jairichi Posted June 8, 2015 Report Posted June 8, 2015 What was RFE about? Yes, it will. As your LCA filed for H1B will be having PA as address and if that project is no longer available your H1B will not get approved.
