eram17
Hi, My H1B went to RFE asking for the below documents, Copy of relevant portions of valid contracts, statements of work, work orders, service agreements, and letters between you and the authorized officials of the ultimate end-client companies to whom the end product or services worked on by the beneficiary will be delivered My employer is planning to engage me to the end client through a sub contractor. The Sub contractor has provided us a letter stating that I will be engaged for one of their direct clients. We also have a Master Service Agreement between my employer and the sub contractor. Do we still need to provide End Client letter? Is there any risks of visa denial if we do not provide end client letter?? Please help. Thanks Link to comment
rohang
yes, you will need to establish relation between end client and your employer. you already have half of the stuff, yo need a letter showing relation between client and sub contractor. Link to comment
JoeF
All this EVC stuff is pretty much doomed, because there is no employer-employee relationship. Your employer could not show up at the client's side and direct your work, because the client doesn't know anything about your employer. Find a better employer, either FTE or EC at the most.
