ucbpd Posted June 8, 2015 Report Posted June 8, 2015 Hi All, Could you please let me konw if anyone whose NOS was received by DOS on or after 17th April 2015 received favourable recommendation from DOS? My case has been pending as of April 17th and their has been no updates. E-mailing them hasn't been of any help and I usually get the standard reply in 4-10 days. Please advise. Thanks.

They are extremely slow and their recent reply to my email was that they try to stick to the 6 to 8 week timeline but there is no garantee!!! Please les us know if you get any new updates.

ucbpd Posted June 11, 2015 Author Report Posted June 11, 2015 Not yet and they didn't contact me for any additional documents. The last communication I received was on May 21st when thet said that in some cases it might take more than 8 weeks and they are doing their best.
moormoor Posted June 11, 2015 Report Posted June 11, 2015 I checked a few random case numbers and there were a handful of applications that went to pending after mine and all got their recommendation!! I am not sure whats the logic behind their processing order, it might be as simple as dividing the files between different offices and some might be more busy!!
