raghavgarg Posted June 8, 2015 Report Posted June 8, 2015 Hello Friends,I am on H1B visa and my wife is on H4 visa.Currently she is in India visiting Family and her current stamped Visa is valid till Jan-2016 but the most I-539 approval is valid till 2018.She is coming back to US in Mid July this year, does she has to get a re-stamping done before coming to States.Any response is appreciated!!Thanks!!
jairichi Posted June 8, 2015 Report Posted June 8, 2015 No need for new visa stamping. She can travel with that valid H4 visa and a copy of your I797.
