Do i need to start over all again -my PERM/LABOR and I-140

I am planning to move to a new job within my company to a different group. The current group i am working and the new group i am planning to move, both file tax under different Employer tax ID even though both are the same company and has the same COO and CEO. 

I confirmed that new H1B doesnt need to be filed and just an addendum needs to be added to my existing H1B.

My question is  whether at the time of filing my GC, could there be any issue? Would the USCIS raise an issue i am from a different company or so. Would i need to redo my PERM/I-140 all over again? The job descriptions and the title are exactly the same between both the jobs.
