itduzz Posted June 6, 2015 Report Posted June 6, 2015 There is no minimum age to marry but to sponsor a spouse for GC one has to be atleast 18 to sign the affidavit of support form. Can a parent sign the affidavit instead if the sponsoring spouse is under 18 ?
