debajyotipec Posted June 6, 2015 Report Posted June 6, 2015 My L1 A Visa expiration date is June 2017 but PED is June 2015. I am currently out of the USA and in Canada. I am planning re entry to the USA in September 2015. My company is asking to file a new L1 A. Is this the best solution. Any suggestion will be highly appreciable.
