clavesto Posted June 5, 2015 Report Posted June 5, 2015 I am in a situation where I am not sure if my h1b is still active and valid , please help. 1) I was on h1b for company A , company B filled for my h1 transfer 2) I joined company B for a month but things didn't work out well . I asked company A if they had revoked my h1b . They told me that they have not and I can re join them . After a month of employment with B , I re joined company A . 3) Now I have to travel and get my h1b stamped , I am worried if this mess will create problems. Does working for company B automatically revokes h1b from A ? Is there a way for me to find out on which company's h1 I am on and if its still active ?
