eram17
Hi, Iam currently on H1B. I have few clarifications, 1) I have used 3.5 years of H1 at US and 6 months i stayed in India. So ,Can I recover that 6 months to work in US in the future , while applying the next H1B extension? 2) Which is the maximum time to which I can wait to apply for GC, so that I can use the option of extending the H1B after complete 6 years , while the I-140 is approved? Thanks. Link to comment

livliv
The absolute last day that PERM must be filed with DOL is your 5 years completion date. Link to comment
