PERM approved, h1-b expired, can I change employer to apply h1-b under non cap?

Hi,

 

 

I was in us for 6 years, I applied my Green card before 365-days of expiry of my h1-b.

 

I got 7th year extension of h1-b. and recently it got expired, Currently I am in india. 

 

Now my PERM got approved on march 23, 2015.

 

If I change my employer in India, Can new employer can file h1-b under non cap based on my PERM approval?

 

if yes, what is the process?

please suggest me.

A PERM approval does not get you an extension of H1B. Only an approved I-140 can.
