eram17 Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Hi, My H1B was filed stating as in-house project. The attorney has submitted an Master Service agreement (MSA) of a client, but not any client letter. I have got RFE as below: 1) Copy of relevant portions of valid contracts, statements of work, work orders, service agreements, and letters between you and the authorized officials of the ultimate end-client companies to whom the end product or services worked on by the beneficiary will be delivered 2) Copy of signed Employment Agreement between petitioner and beneficiary detailing the terms and conditions of employment. Can you please help me on what needs to be responded for this ? My Employer is a small company specialized on an oracle product, so is it possible to show any in house projects? Or there is a project through sub contractor going on . what other documents stands good in either case? Thanks
jairichi Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 If you do not provide documents requested by USCIS and provide documents for an in-house project or with any other client your H1B might be denied. And, have an attorney respond to RFE.
JoeF Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 For a consulting company, in-house project means "on bench." The company needs to have a client for you, including client letter. Without that, the H1 will get denied.
