Hi

I need help from experts in the forum. First of all I really appreciate your time.

I was told by employer that GC procedure has  been going on, but not giving much details (They asked my certificates and experience certificates, thats it).

I came to know that the recruitment process is over... but what is next step after this.

The thing bothering me, I have not been asked so far to sign any documents, do I need to sign any documents for GC procedure.

I have some trust issues with HR guy, I am wondering whether he is intentionally misleading me, thats my problem.

Thanks for your time,

Sunny

Labor Certification (LC PERM) and I-140 are the employer's applications, meaning the employer signs them.

Ask the employer to get a copy of the I-140 receipt notice.

Only the last step, the I-485, is your application.
