L1 A Premium on HOLD until July 30th 2015

Hi,

 

I am on L1 B visa now which will expire on Sep/10/2015.

 

Now, at United States my company is applying my new L1 A on Premium processing. 

 

Please let me know if I am eligible to apply L1 A premium now? or do I need to wait until July 30th? I see some link on USCIS webpage for H1B, but I am not sure if this apply to my case also.

Just got an answer from my attorney and also from Murthy Forum. I can apply L1 A on premium. The reply is below:
