While booking the appointment, I see questions regarding my petition start date and expiry. I was on H1 with Emp A, and I changed job for which I have my current I-797 from Emp B. The H1 transfer was completed and in my I-797, validity is mentioned as 10/29/2014 - 09/30/2017. However, I joined Emp B on Nov 10 2014. So, is it fine to mention petition start date as 10/29/2014 even though I joined the company later ?
