chaya spandana Posted June 1, 2015 Report Posted June 1, 2015 I receive a RFE for my first time OPT application which asks for Original sign/date letter from DSO with day-by-day on-campus class hours, credits earned, attendance record.Original sign/date letter from DSO with what is a full course load at school.Documentary evidence to establish proposed employment is directly related to major of study. school catalog (hard or printed copy): with graduation requirements, classroom hours, course structure, CPT, thesis requirements, length of study and requirements of graduation. started pursuing her Masters in NY in Fall 2012 on H-4, then relocated to CA in 2014and continued her masters on H-4 until Aug 2014 and then applied for F-1 visa starting Summer, May 2014. She graduated from NPU this May 2015 and applied for OPT and got an RFE. Could u guys suggest a good attorney? Have you seen such RFE requests for OPT applications? What do they mean by “documentary evidence that proposed employment is directly related to your major of study?”
