currently on F1 . applied for H1 planning to apply for H4EAD in parallel

i am currently on F1 status applied for H1 and got picked in lottery and got a query ( still havent responded to it yet).

i am planning to apply for H4EAD (change of status to H4 and EAD at same time) .

is it ok if i apply both of them (H1 and H4EAD) in parallel. will i get any immigration queries on this.

Yes, you are fine to apply for COS to H4.
