If I file H1 B amendment with company B in Texas and in future if I happened to get a job with company C in New York again Is there a nessicity to file H1 B amendment again. Thanks in advance!

Once an amendment is approved for Texas and if you want to move to NY you need to get an amendment done again. I am not sure whether an amendment with multiple sites can be filed for a H1B petition. Ask your attorney.
