Sandeeplakshmi Posted May 30, 2015 Report Posted May 30, 2015 Hi There, I came to U.S. on B1(business) visa for business meetings. My B1 got stamped till Sept 2015 with multiple entry. Its been already 3 months I am here. As the meetings got prolonged, I wanted to stay here for 1 more month. Can you please suggest me what are the implications if I stay for more time. How does it effect my further entries into U.S., because I keep on hearing that a person cannot stay more than 90 days if on B1 visa. Please suggest.

JoeF Posted June 1, 2015 Report Posted June 1, 2015 Three months or meetings??? Gee, your employer must be really rich to pay for all of that. No business meetings I know about take 3 months. Why don't you tell us what really is happening? My guess is you are not attending meetings, but rather are working in violation of the B1 rules.
